Difficulty Medium
Urgency Act fast!
⏱️ Time-Sensitive Stain

This stain sets quickly. Start treatment as soon as possible for the best results. The longer you wait, the harder it becomes to remove completely.

Removal Method

1

Blot excess with cold water and a clean cloth. Do not soak the mattress.

3 min
2

Apply hydrogen peroxide (3%) directly. It will fizz. Blot, do not rub. Reapply and blot until fizzing stops.

10 min
3

Sprinkle baking soda over the area. Let dry completely (2-4 hours). Vacuum the dried baking soda.

2-4 hours
💡 Alternative Method

Mix 2 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp hydrogen peroxide + 1 tbsp salt into a paste. Apply, let dry, brush off.

🚫 What NOT to Do
  • Do not saturate the mattress (moisture in foam causes mold)
  • Do not use hot water
🔄 If Nothing Works

Enzyme-based cleaner applied sparingly and blotted dry immediately.
