How to Remove Grease / Oil from Carpet
Removal Method

Blot excess grease with paper towels.

Cover the stain generously with cornstarch or baking soda. Press in. Let sit 30-60 minutes to absorb the oil.

Vacuum the powder. Apply dish soap (Dawn) directly to the remaining stain. Work in with a brush.

Blot with warm water until soap is removed. Blot dry.
💡 Alternative Method
Dry cleaning solvent applied with a cloth for stubborn grease on carpet.
🚫 What NOT to Do
- Do not use water first (grease repels water and can spread)
- Do not rub
